    Is it really from Japan?

    The plan is Japan and only Japan. Until a grower is signed, we don't print a region, a harvest or a cultivar anywhere.

    What did the lab find?

    Nothing yet. There's no lot to test. Each lot will get a panel for lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury and pesticide residues, on its own page.

    Why not certified organic?

    Because we aren't, and we'd rather say so than imply it. The lab panel is what we show instead.
